Celebrate National Nutrition Month with SVS! We’ll share some of our favorite sources of solid, science-based nutrition information (and great recipes!). The good news is, no matter what your motivation for choosing more animal-free, plant-based options in your diet—ethical, environmental, health, spiritual, or esthetic concerns— a diet (and lifestyle) free of animal products is what will get you there.
We’ve selected a few of Dr. Michael Greger’s short, informative, entertaining videos (from nutritionfacts.org) to show after dinner.
